  • Assisted in implementing the Governor of Pennsylvania's Special Project Development of a new-ground breaking $50 million SAP project for the PA Department of Labor. The project involved new proprietary computer system migrating from an old legacy system to the new CWDS (Commonwealth Workforce Development System).

  • Despite upper management's support, had to work with state staffs initial resistance and unwillingness to implement new change; Led and successfully instructed over 1,000 staff members and achieved 100% compliancy rate.

  • Managed, developed and created lesson plans, supervised Instructor team in the implemenation of student critera, taught English to Thai and various Asian students on a one-to-one and group basis using a hybrid blended approach to learning English while recording and maintaining student goals and exceeding student expectations at a global English Language Center.
